This plain-language draft describes basic terms for delivery requests to Lenvoy Logistics LLC. It is not final until reviewed by counsel.

A request is not a booking

Submitting a request does not book a delivery. A booking is confirmed only when dispatch confirms the price and pickup time in writing.

Items we do not transport

We do not transport people, animals, hazardous materials, firearms, cash, or controlled substances. If you are unsure whether an item can be transported, ask dispatch before requesting service.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, package items properly, make sure the contents are lawful, and have someone available at both pickup and drop off.

Payment

Delays outside our control
